Each item is carefully inspected before being listed for sale. As our products are pre-owned, customers should expect a reasonable degree of wear, including minor marks or signs of use, which are typical for second-hand garments and reflected in the pricing.
Return Period
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at Dance-Bidder via social media or email us @management@dance-bidder.com with your order number and reason for return.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition in which they were received.
- Unworn (beyond initial try-on) and unwashed.
- Complete with all original packaging, tags (if included), and accessories.
Items returned in a significantly different condition to how they were sent (e.g. excessive wear, new damage, or missing parts) may not be eligible for a full refund.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if the item is returned in a lesser condition than it was received.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after the 10-day return window.
- Items damaged after receipt due to misuse or improper care.
- Items sold as “final sale” or otherwise marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Your Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a refund if an item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
