Are all costumes pre-owned?
Yes — Dance-Bidder specialises in pre-owned dance costumes. Each piece is carefully inspected and listed with clear photos and descriptions. Minor wear, such as small marks or loose threads, is considered normal for second-hand items and is reflected in the price.
Are costumes cleaned before sale?
All costumes are inspected before dispatch. While we do not professionally clean every costume, we ensure items are in clean, wearable condition unless otherwise noted in the listing.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary with each item. Please check individual listings for sizing information and measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
You have 10 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Once we’ve inspected the item, a refund will be issued if it meets our return criteria. See our Returns Policy for full details.
What if the costume doesn’t fit?
If a costume doesn’t fit, you can return it within the 10-day window as long as it is unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
